Capsule Wardrobe Audrey Hepburn Style

I love different styles and Travel with Grace and Style is all about Style with a touch of grace.  So my go to for travel is an Audrey Hepburn Style.  It comes with easy to mix and match items that give me the classic look I am going for.   I love the basic staple colors of Black, White, and Red and it makes it easy for the women over 50 style.   It provides a solid base for a lighter piece of luggage and makes for a great spring Capsule wardrobe start.

This is such a classic look and is the look I am going for.  It’s perfect for spring travel and I can mix and match in different colors and or heels into the look.  I love it for travel because it is so very versatile.  I am not size 5 or even close so I pick my items to complement my own figure which is a lot more curvy.

I have taken the reds and added them in to create a little pop of color for my spring base capsule style.

I changed up the jeans for my Hue Tights HUE Women’s Plus Size Hold It High Waist Cotton Leggings which I completely love and I am using the olio leopard print flat. Ollio Womens Shoe Ballet Light Faux Suede Low Heels Flat I love them and they are completely adorable.  I have yet to purchase those pricy flats just can’t bring myself to spend so much.  For my casual lite cardigan I am using the Lark and Ro Cashmere Lark & Ro Women’s 100% Cashmere Classic Cardigan Sweater  It’s versatile also which is exactly what I look for in a capsule wardrobe.  I paired it here with a simple black skirt I had in my closet.

Here is a Classic white blouse I always have in my closet and again paired with the Hue Tights and my leopard olio’s.  You begin to see how with mixing and matching and coordinating the pieces your wardrobe starts to come together.

These are not only great pieces for travel but great pieces for your everyday wardrobe.  Nothing beats classic styles and colors.  My final piece for this Audrey Hepburn look is the classic black turtle neck or in my case a larger neck black top.  I think I picked this one up at Beall’s which is the only available store where I am at right now.   So Hue tights, Ollio flats and classic black top with of course my favorite leopard print scarf  Favorite Coffee Oversized Leopard Scarf Pattern Animal Print Shawl Scarf Wrap it gives me a little sass.   I can add heels and gold earrings to this to dress it up a little more.
